Romain joined Advise Affinity Services on 7 January as Customer Experience Coordinator at the Aix-en-Provence desk office. His role is to support call agents in customer relationship management through the creation of guides, procedures and scripts that help call agents to deal with customers’ technical requests.
Cynthia joined the Trouville-sur-Mer site on 28 January as an Executive Assistant. Her role is to assist the CEO of the ICE Group, James Osborn, in order to relieve him of day-to-day administrative concerns and to assist him in the monitoring of multiple activities.
Walid arrived on 8 March at the Tunisia desk office as production manager. Walid’s role is to manage the production teams by developing their skills and ensuring that Advise’s values are respected. He actively participates in the acquisition of new members of Parachut Protection via telesales, by optimising production.
