Advise reinforces its teams with the creation of a new department dedicated to projects

With the development of our organisation, centralised project management is becoming a major issue. A new department will be created in the first quarter of 2021 to coordinate all of the company’s strategic projects.

With an ever-increasing number of projects, the creation of a new department dedicated to project management has become essential, not only to develop transversality, but also to ensure compliance with internal processes. The mission of this new department will be to support the various departments in the monitoring and smooth running of the company’s strategic projects, thanks to the implementation of dedicated retroplannings.

From an operational point of view, this new division will assess the costs of each project and will be responsible for monitoring the progress of the main milestones, in collaboration with all Advise departments and offices.

In order to deploy this new service in the near future, a new person will come to reinforce Kahina and Silvia, respectively project managers in the Trouville-sur-mer and Sofia offices. To assist the human resources team in its search for this future talent, a recruitment agency has been called upon. In addition, a recruitment advertisement was posted on the professional social network Linkedin and diffused on our company page. This new employee will soon be joining the workforce as a senior project manager and will be based in Trouville-sur-mer. The project division should officially be launched in the first quarter of 2021.
