Very friendly regulatory breakfast!

Elisa, Yann and Philippe attended a conference organized by PwC – Société d’Avocats and the FG2A, on December 7 in Neuilly-sur-Seine. On the program: an overview of the latest regulatory developments impacting the sector (what is the difference between insurance and service, importance of obtaining informed consent from the insured, product information, purchasing power law, the waiver period sliding if months free… ) ; the affinity model versus DDA; a review of distribution models and channels; the issues and risks associated with the development of affinity: the weight of European regulations and their transpositions at the national level. The morning concluded with developments in customer protection impacting the world of affinity. This event is an opportunity for Advise to decipher legal news and tomorrow’s trends.
