In order to respond to the needs of the market and our members, the guarantee cap of the Parachut Protection Premium product will be increasing from €3 000 of equipment to €5 000 from August. A change that will make Parachut Protection more competitive in its market !
Indeed, the price of devices and equipment is sometimes very expensive (telephones, televisions, computers, household appliances…), which does not always allow customers to protect as much equipment as they wish, up to a maximum of 3 000€ of equipment. The need to increase this cap is also felt by our members, who are protecting more and more equipment in their Parachut customer area. The goal of this project is not only to allow our customers to protect all their devices and equipment on a single contract, but also to differentiate ourselves from the competition by offering an even more attractive offer in terms of customer benefits.
To carry out this project, negotiations with our insurance partner Mutuaide were necessary. The operational launch of this new cap will take place on 2 August. Its development necessitates the cooperation of many departments, in particular to update the different pre-contractual documents, the contents of the website and commercial supports (leaflets, presentation brochures, etc). A dedicated communication will be sent to all our distribution partners and our current members. The increase in the cap will have no impact on the monthly contribution amount. Good news, right ?
This project mobilizes many departments : IT, legal, sales, marketing, customer experience, BCPM and will be effective from August 2nd.
