She began her career as a BtoC sales agent and has now been team manager for 1 year.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We had the opportunity to ask him a few questions to find out more about his role within the company.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">What are the responsibilities of the position of acquisition manager?<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">My role is to develop and implement BtoC strategies aimed at attracting new customers. I work on acquisition strategies, analyse the results obtained and supervise the sales teams.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In your opinion, what are the essential qualities to be a good telephone advisor?<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In my opinion, a good teleconsultant must above all have excellent communication skills. They must be empathetic and customer-focused, able to understand and respond to customers&#8217; needs.
