XXL project for the Insurer Division and Customer Service<\/span><\/h1>\n

This week, the excitement was at its height within the Insurer and Customer Service Department, gathered in Tunis for intense work sessions. A golden opportunity to boost the commitment of our teams and to encourage collaborative work! <\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

On the program, several major projects: Organization and Objectives of the Sector, Roles and Interactions, Claims Management and Services, Strengthening Controls and Optimizations, Indicators and Reporting. <\/span><\/p>\n

The Trouville team took advantage of this opportunity for a total and fun immersion guided by Aymen through the picturesque streets of Sidi Bou Said. <\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

A lunch integrating all the actors of the Pole was organized in order to strengthen team cohesion, to share a friendly moment and to discuss Tunisian gastronomy, particularly appreciated by Trouville residents!<\/span><\/p>\n

A week of action and reflection which will undoubtedly leave a lasting mark in our constant quest for improvement.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\t\t
