Until December 2019, insurance products made in Advise were attached to the insurer MAPFRE. After his withdrawal from the French market at the end of 2019, Advise has signed a new partnership with the mutual insurer Mutuaide, subsidiary of Groupama which has 12 million active members.<\/b><\/p><\/p> \n

Thereby, all active contracts must have been migrated from the old to the new <\/span>insurer. This change has had many consequences. The migration of MAPFRE <\/strong><\/span>to Mutuaide<\/strong> is a sensitive operation, which was carried out in three times<\/strong> and mobilized the business teams, IT, marketing and sales between January and October 2020<\/strong>. Thus, all customers\u2019 contracts migrated were the subject of a communication either by mail<\/strong>, sms<\/strong> or letter when it\u2019s impossible to contact the <\/span>customer by the first two means.<\/span><\/p><\/p> \n

As a reminder, this new partnership with <\/span>Mutuaide<\/strong> has allowed us to develop the new version of Parachut Protection, <\/span>which integrates the coverage of new product universes<\/strong> and the extension <\/span>to appliances and equipment under 36 months<\/strong> versus 12 months previously. <\/span>If for many customers the price of the subscription has increased, they now have access to new extended guarantees : theft and loss<\/strong> as well as the possibility of insuring several devices and equipment.<\/span><\/p><\/p> \n
