New: Photos to guarantee the condition of insured products
The information notices are evolving to kick the butt of fraud, and the big change is this: “Selfies of insured objects in the event of a problem”. The idea? The insured is asked to keep photo or video proof of their belongings to prove their condition. We recommend at least 4 shots with all sides – front, back, right, left – where the serial number (or IMEI) is in “show me everything” mode, and the electrical or electronic gadgets must be in mode WE.
