Let’s come back to the story: Aymen informed Flore that he had received a major complaint from a dissatisfied customer, a certain Mr. Xavier B… Indeed, the latter had received by mistake a substantial amount of €10,000, validated by Imen (following an entry error where she added one zero too many). This was the biggest mistake that had been made so far. When Imen was contacted by phone, she failed to handle the situation properly. She simply told him that he had to transfer the entire amount to us, i.e. €10,000. The customer, furious, refused, explaining that he had spent €7,000, thinking it was a reimbursement from his life insurance. In addition, Imen confirmed by telephone that the compensation was validated by Madame Flore Bobinet. The client withheld the name and threatened to file a complaint against Parachut and Flore.
Obviously, as you might expect, this was followed by a long conversation on Slack, with an increase in tension, and several checks on the transfers issued. Fortunately, Flore has a sense of humor and a good heart 😉

It was the event not to be missed, the unmissable meeting place for informal discussions with professionals from all sectors. An opportunity taken to present the concept of Parachut in a setting reminiscent of the splendor of a Venetian palace, while exploring new collaborations for future projects.
