AI at the service of business vision: An essential acculturation at Parachut

This Monday, Cherifa, Julie, Anne-Sophie, Thomas, Philippe and Robin participated in a webinar hosted by Daniel Roy, Artificial Intelligence consultant. This acculturation session proved essential in a world where AI is omnipresent.

We all know about Chatbots and virtual assistants; you have necessarily already used it to purchase your plane tickets for example… You know, it is generally the animation at the bottom right of the sites which says: “Hello, if you have any questions, do not hesitate no, I will be happy to help you :)”. Understanding how to leverage this technology effectively becomes crucial to accelerating our decision-making processes while strengthening our commitment to customer satisfaction at Parachut.

A concrete example of this approach is already materializing in our customer service, with the study of the integration of a conversational Chatbot. This aims to provide instant responses, thus improving the customer experience and demonstrating our desire to embrace the opportunities offered by AI to best serve our customers’ expectations. And tomorrow why not, a tool that helps in disaster management. To be continued…
