AI at the service of business vision: An essential acculturation at Parachut

This Monday, Cherifa, Julie, Anne-Sophie, Thomas, Philippe and Robin participated in a webinar hosted by Daniel Roy, Artificial Intelligence consultant. This acculturation session proved essential in a world where AI is omnipresent.

We all know about Chatbots and virtual assistants; you have necessarily already used it to purchase your plane tickets for example… You know, it is generally the animation at the bottom right of the sites which says: “Hello, if you have any questions, do not hesitate no, I will be happy to help you :)”. Understanding how to leverage this technology effectively becomes crucial to accelerating our decision-making processes while strengthening our commitment to customer satisfaction at Parachut.

A concrete example of this approach is already materializing in our customer service, with the study of the integration of a conversational Chatbot. This aims to provide instant responses, thus improving the customer experience and demonstrating our desire to embrace the opportunities offered by AI to best serve our customers’ expectations.
