Ons joined the Advise team nearly 4 years ago. She began her career as a BtoC sales agent and has now been team manager for 1 year.

We had the opportunity to ask him a few questions to find out more about his role within the company.

What are the responsibilities of the position of acquisition manager?

My role is to develop and implement BtoC strategies aimed at attracting new customers. I work on acquisition strategies, analyse the results obtained and supervise the sales teams.

In your opinion, what are the essential qualities to be a good telephone advisor?

In my opinion, a good teleconsultant must above all have excellent communication skills. They must be empathetic and customer-focused, able to understand and respond to customers’ needs. In addition, they must have a thorough understanding of the product they are selling and be able to deal effectively with customer objections.
