More intuitive, fluid and ergonomic, the new parachut.com website will have to meet the new challenges in terms of user experience and interface, also known as UX (user experience) and UI (User Interface). This new website will include new features such as a blog, a dynamique FAQ and a click to chat. While waiting for his launch, we tell you everything !

Which improvements are expected with the launch of the #NEWWEBSITE project ?

This project is directly linked to the thinking about the Parachut customer experience, but also to the definition of the new brand positioning. With this new website, many results are expected such as : the optimisation of the user experience, the increase of traffic to our website and consequently the increase of sales on this distribution channel. The main goal will be to make the interface as user-friendly as possible, so that the user can find information more quickly and easily. Finally, this new website will make it possible to sell the Basic version of Parachut Protection.

 

How is this new website different from the actual website ?

The next website will be different from the actual in several aspects. Firstly, at the design logic level. The old website had been built with SEO in mind, with the goal of getting our site better positioned on search engines, rather than a «user-friendly» approach focused on the user experience. This redesign will allow for more interaction between the user and our brand, with the integration of new features such as access to the Parachut blog, a dynamic FAQ and a «click to chat». This tool will allow the user to contact an expert through a message window integrated into the website. So as to make everything more dynamic, new content will be available : videos, blog articles, etc. All these changes will allow us to keep up with the competitors.

 

What are the main steps of this project and its actors ?

Like all projects, different step have been defined. First of all, a diagnostic level, which will remind us of the context of the project, its issues and its objectives. Then, each action of the project to be carried out will be defined during the conception phase which allows to define the roadmap of the project. This will be followed by the development of the website, the testing of its functionalities and finally the deployment of the new website to the general public. Several departments will be mobilised to carry out this project : marketing, IT, sales, customer experience, legal and production. If everything goes well, the new website will be available in September !
