A product launch means a new partner. The telemarketing team is growing with Klian.
But who is Klian?
Klian is a company that distributes and manages insurance products. Created in October 2021, Klian is the result of a meeting between 7 passionate people with more than 20 years of experience in the field of insurance, mainly in the automobile market Based in Pont-Audemer, only 35 minutes by car from Trouville, between Klian and Parachut… it’s a beautiful Norman story that is beginning.
Their goal?
To shake up the codes, to dust off the insurance industry, to combine innovation and technology, and to guarantee a 5-star service, Klian’s leitmotiv is :
- Efficiency: Klian makes it a point of honour to provide its customers with the best possible support in their dealings by providing them with a single point of contact with a minimum response time.
- Flexibility: Klian adapts to its clients and their needs wherever they are, at the time they wish, guided by an advisor or not, they decide on the support they need!
- Listening: The Klian advisor adapts the insurance contract to the needs, explains the essential guarantees and options to personalise your contract.
These are commitments that naturally attracted Advise for the launch on a new market. It is therefore quite natural that Klian has become our partner for outbound calls, to complete and diversify our direct sales acquisition strategy for Meka.
As a reminder, the pilot marketing phase started on 30 January, initially with the Tunis team. Then, since yesterday, Aurore, Tatiana, Alexis and Grégory from Klian have joined the Advise team composed of Chaima, Manel, Haytem and Mouna.
