This past July the sales team organized a new type of commercial challenge dedicated to the Carribean and Reunion markets. The goal : boost sales from our partners. Joanna, who works at Europhone in Guadeloupe, came first in the rankings. She was rewarded with a parachute jump planned for the month of November.

3 questions to Joanna from Europhone :
Can you introduce us to your company in a few words ?
I have been working at Europhone for 3 years. We are the sales leader of smartphones in carribean markets, game consoles and accessories. Europhone it’s 16 shops on the Carribean archipelago. Outside the sales, we repair our customer’s damages, including those of Parachut.
How Parachut Protection is a real plus for your business and of course your customers ?
Parachut is a real advantage for our customers. With this service, when they buy a high-value phone like an iPhone, they have peace of mind when making their purchases. And for us, the capacity to insure the equipment being sold is important to build client loyalty, but also to offer them new complementary services.
You have won the big sales challenge for summer 2020. What was your secret for boosting sales ?
There is no secret ! It is determination that prevails ! Above all, it was necessary to adopt a good relationship with customers, sell customer Parachuts profits by offering insurance on products customers buy in-store. Obviously, competitiveness must have had its effect !
