With the evolution of our organisation and rapid growth of our team, optimizing human resource management has become essential. To respond to this goal, the human resources team chose Eurecia software. HR solution (commonly called HRMS) recognized and used by more than 1500 companies, it was initially deployed on French offices. It proved itself during the confinement by allowing a simplified remote control although teleworking. Today, these are all the offices of the group in different countries that are

integrated at Eurecia. Among other things, the tool allows the Human Resources team and managers to have 360° view on their team’s schedules, holidays, absences. For collaborators, it enables centralizing requests and finding all of its documents : pay sheet etc. All (or almost all) human resources data are listed in a single point of contact. A real time saver for managers, employees, and for human resources teams. New fonctionnalités will soon be available, such as managing annual and performance interviews.
