First step for the deployment of the retention service in Tunis

No less than 7 employees have just been trained by Aurore and Mathieu to deploy two new retention scripts. The first campaign targets partners with an opt-out rate of over 50%. The aim of the call is to check product knowledge and to help the customer get to grips with the customer area. The second script is geared towards retention on a customer base that has expressed its intention to cancel its contract. The objective of the retention department is to retain 10% of the customers, to build customer loyalty through the activation of the customer area and the ODR.
