Launch of the Cross Sell operation
Since Thursday, Parachut has been running a three-stage cross sell operation:
1ʳᵉ stage: Sending an email presenting the Meka offer, accompanied by an offer of a refund for their technical inspection. That’s enough to get their attention, isn’t it?
Step 2: We then take action by calling our customer base to conduct a survey of their mobility habits. The idea is to create a bond, understand their expectations and guide them towards the product that best meets their needs.
Stage 3: This is where things get serious. Our experts from Meka, Mobiliti and Portekt take over, calling customers back to convince them and sell the most appropriate products.
It’s also an opportunity for the training, acquisition and marketing departments to collaborate and co-construct new sales scripts, as well as even more effective customer paths. Let’s go for more sales!
