Training continues
This week, employees in Tunis took part in a number of training courses on “Handling objections” and the “Cdiscount Script”. These training sessions, led by Aurore, were an opportunity to share new ideas and best practices. These moments of exchange enabled everyone to better apprehend and understand customer objections, as well as to know how to respond to them effectively. Thanks to role-playing and role-playing exercises, everyone had the opportunity to hone their technique… and that’s not something you can improvise!
As well as acquiring technical knowledge, these training courses also enable us to gather feedback from the field so that we can adapt our methods on a daily basis.
