As every year, the interviews are set up at the end of the year and concern all the teams. In contrast to previous years, these two mandatory interviews, the professional interview and the performance interview, will be digitalized.
The goal of the annual interviews is to take stock of employees’ development prospects and performance over the past year.
From 1 December to 28 February, all employees will be interviewed using the Eurecia software (see Newsletter No. 3). And that’s this year’s great novelty. A real challenge that has been taken up in just a few months. Indeed, the legal constraints specific to each country had to be respected and adapted to the technical constraints of the software.
In preparation for the interviews, the human resources team set up a series of dedicated points with employees to inform them of the interest of these interviews and train them in the use of the platform. The use of Eurecia in this interview process has many advantages : the centralisation of data and summaries of the various mandatory appointments, the provision of an interview support, etc.
For managers, it is a gain in time and efficiency in the management of tasks that were previously very time-consuming. For its part, the human resources team can follow the progress of cases in real time. It allows employees to prepare their interviews and self-assess their skills. Ultimately, Eurecia will make it possible to simplify human resources management processes for everyone, in a context of high team growth.
